Winner Screen Machines makes world class printing machines for three dimensional objects using traditional printing processes namely screen, pad and dry offset printing.
Our machines are built to European standards with very precise parts which provide accurate mechanical movements. In our machines, we handle variety of components of metal and plastic. Articles such as containers, pails, bottle caps, corks, closures, bottles, etc.
The printing machines we have built are installed in India and around the world including Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa.

We have invested in our Quality Control department to ensure thorough checking so that defects are caught and not allowed to move forward. We have trained QC persons and inspection equipments. Each job's test report is saved and made available upon request.

We work with over 250+ vendors in India. These include raw material suppliers, machinists, heat treatment, fabrication, and finishing processors.
Over the last 7 years, we have developed an efficient communication tool, including a vendor app, for communicating with our vendors for making parts. It allows us to communicate exactly above each specific part being manufactured. The order issue, material transport, quality control and their billing is all integrated in our ERP system. This allows us to track and trace very easily to ensure that the parts are on schedule and if any difficult we can focus in on that part to resolve it.
This network of vendors are vetted for their skill level, and job is assigned accordingly.
Once the parts approved by QC, they are stored in a digital warehouse until all parts of that order arrive. So that there is no error in dispatch.
